Outdoor Learning

We made full use of the good weather and our school garden for outdoor learning in September. We explored the biodiversity in our local hedgerows with Martina Butler from Heritage in Schools. We explored the garden for insects and mini-beasts and were delighted with what we found.

Autumn in Kilross

The senior room enjoyed exploring our native trees on a nature walk. Children in the junior room created hedgehogs with fallen leaves while the senior room painted autumnal trees. We made the most of the sunshine with outdoor learning.
